Returns and Exchanges:

Kish B. Designs gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

  • Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
  • Once shipping label is created refunds will not be issued
  • All order adjustments must be made within 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

 

 

Frequent Asked Questions:

1. What is the current turn around time?-Our current estimated turnaround time is 3-5 business days. Please note that this may vary during sales or special promotions.

2. How are orders shipped? All domestic orders weighing less than 1lb are shipped via USPS First Class with tracking. Orders over 1lb will be shipped via USPS or UPS, both with tracking.

3. My order is stuck in transit and/or I have not received it. What should I do?-If your package is delayed and you have not yet received it, please contact your local USPS office for further assistance.

Please note: Kish B. Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package has not been received within 30 days of the original scanning date, please contact us to request a replacement or refund.

4. My order was delivered to the wrong address/or returned to sender, what should I do? -Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If your order is delivered to the wrong address, we will not be able to issue a refund. In the event that your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional postage fees.

5. My package arrived damaged, what should I do?-If your package arrives damaged, please complete the contact form and attach clear proof of all damages. Alternatively, you can email us directly at kishbdesigns@gmail.com.

We will review your submission and assist you accordingly.

6. Do you have any additional information with my tracking?-Unfortunately, we are unable to provide additional tracking information beyond what is available through the tracking system. Once your order has been scanned in, we highly recommend contacting your local post office for further assistance.

7. Can I cancel my order?- We do accept order cancellations; however, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that during group sales or special promotions, cancellations are not permitted.

8. Rewards Points: Please note that our Reward Point Program is not retroactive, and points cannot be applied to previous orders. Additionally, any misuse or abuse of the program will result in the termination of your reward account, without prior notice.

10. Group Sales or Special Promotion Terms and Conditions

The processing time for group sales or special promotions is 7-10 business days. During these events, cancellations and/or refunds will not be accepted.

If an order is placed without a valid discount code, we will not offer any adjustments or refunds for the difference during special promotions. Additionally, combining orders is not permitted during these events, as it can cause delays in production and increase the risk of errors.

All free items offered during special promotions are applied before shipping and after the discount is applied.
